Our material are from Japan, Taiwan and Korea to ensure high quality products are manufactured. We handle the stock with strict FIFO Systems. Hence, the possibility of human error is eliminated.

The heading process is the process in making the “Head” of the bolt or screw. We equip our lines with most recent technology in order to form a high precision products.

The rolling process is the process of forming the “Thread” of bolt or screw. There are also automatic assembly rolling process to attach the washer (Ring) directly to the bolt or screw.

The secondary lines are manual lines to produce special products that need to be lathed, torreted, drilled, etc.

We equip our factory with heat treatment lines. They are a continous process. Heat treatment lines are also installed with computerized systems.

Although we subcontracted electro plating processes, we directly and strictly supervised our subcontractors. We also conduct the system and process audit periodically in timely manner.

We check 100% of our products to ensure high quality products are delivered to our customers. We also equip our lines with fully automatic sorter machines.

Packaging systems are provided to make sure the products are “Safe” to be delivered. We will invest in near future, automatic packaging systems.
